چکیده

ABSTRACT. For the first time, silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) were fabricated with graphite pencil electrode (GPE) by immersing a bare hard black (HB pencil) in AgNO3 solution mixed extract Quercus infectoria solution, followed placing directly against to UV lamp (254 nm) and kept for 30 min. Silver modified-GPEs characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDX). The (AgNPs–GPE) showed excellent selectivity chloride ion, as well reproducibility, together it has several advantages such sensitivity, simplicity, low cost, green, fast response. maximum oxidation cyclic voltammogram current of AgNPs-PGE was found at 160 mV. linear range ions detection is between (0.8-52 mmol L-1), limit (LOD) 0.041 L−1. Finally, fabrication used determine ion concentration drugs, phenylephrine, metformin, procaine, dopamine formulated hydrochloride, satisfactory results obtained.

Electrochemical Detection of Insulin in Blood serum using Ppy/GF Nanocomposite Modified Pencil Graphite Electrode

In this study, pencil graphite electrode was modified using conductive polypyrrole (Ppy) and grapheme (GF) nanocomposite for electrochemical determination of insulin. Electrochemical behavior of insulin on PGE was investigated using cyclic voltammetric (CV) and differential pulse voltammetric (DPV) and chronoaprometry (CA) methods. Several effective parameters including pH, concentration, and s...

Gold nanoparticle-modified graphite pencil electrode for the high-sensitivity detection of hydrazine.

A novel gold nanoparticle-modified graphite pencil electrode (AuNP-GPE) is prepared just by immersing a bare GPE in AuNP solution, followed by heating for 15 min. The bare and modified GPEs are characterized by FE-SEM imaging and cyclic voltammetry. The AuNP-GPEs showed excellent electrocatalytic activities with respect to hydrazine oxidation, with good reproducibility. To reduce the quantifica...

Electrochemical Behavior of 2-Aminothiazole at Poly Glycine Modified Pencil Graphite Electrode

Electro analysis of 2-Aminothiazole (2-AT) by a low cost poly Glycine modified Pencil Graphite Electrode (poly Gly/PGE) was studied using of cyclic voltammetric (CV) and differential pulse voltammetric (DPV) techniques. The optimal experimental conditions to determine 2-AT was setup by the variation of the current with scan rate, concentration and pH. Electrochemical performance of the 2-AT at ...

Electrochemical Preparation of a Molecularly Imprinted Polypyrrole-modified Pencil Graphite Electrode for Determination of Ascorbic Acid

A molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) polypyrrole (PPy)-based film was fabricated for the determination of ascorbic acid. The film was prepared by incorporation of a template molecule (ascorbic acid) during the electropolymerization of pyrrole onto a pencil graphite electrode (PGE) in aqueous solution using a cyclic voltammetry method. The performance of the imprinted and non-imprinted (NIP) fi...
